How to get the license key

Introduction

This is how to get and activate the license key. The description is valid for new and old users.

If your Capture and Playback buttons are removed from the program you are running your license period is ended. To renew your license follow the instructions given here.

STEP 1 - REGISTER YOUR SOFTWARE

  • When you start your application for the first time open the Profile menu and fill in the user information you you entered when you registered for downloading the software.
  • This is not necessary if you only want to try the application
  • You need a serial no to get a license key
  • The Program will generate a serial no when you have filled in the required fields (1)
  • Press the Direct registration via the Internet button (2). It does not matter if you have a Internet connection or not
  • When you close the Profile menu and open it you will se a serial no in you upper right corner of the Profile menu.

 

STEP 2 - REGISTER THE SERIAL NO.

  • Log in to your User area on the web
  • If you have registered your serial no. on the web, go to next step. (See Download software for information on how to register)
  • In the user area locate your application and register the serial no of you application in the serial no field and PRESS the Request Key button. A mail will be sent to Interplay-sports for processing.
  • If you do not have access to your User area then send us a mail with your name, the company or organization you belong to and your serial number. support@interplay-sports.com subject: License Key

 

STEP 3 - CONTRACT SIGNING AND INVIOCE PAYMENT

  • When Interplay-sports have received your request we will do the following.
  • If you are a new customer we will send you a contract, a license- and service agreement (new users) and an invoice. When all is signed (new users) and paid by you, we will send you the license key.
  • If you are requesting a license key on behalf of a volume agreement with interplay-sports we will contact your license admin for verification before the license key is sent to YOU.

 

STEP 4 - ENTER THE LICENSE KEY

The license key you receive must be filled in and registered in the Profile menu

  • Open the Profile menu
  • Locate the license key field (2)
  • Fill in the Licence key
  • When done press the Register your license key button

make sure you enter the license key exactly as it is sent to you. A popup message will confirm to you if the license key was added successfully.
