 Company Verification
Our objective is to have the best possible quality in our database. This means one company = one company name. To reach this objective the company you enter must be found in our database. The process works like this.

When you enter a company and move to the next field the program validates your entry. If you match a company exsisting in the database, select the correct company from the matching selection list that is displayed. (see below)

If you do not find a matching Comapny you have to ADD a new Company. You do that by pressing the Add New Company button. You only have to fill in Country and Company

If you leave the field blank, or do not selcet a matching company (if you have entered a name that does not exist) You are assigned a deafult company

If there is a match they will be listed in the verification list box in the right column.
Click in the list box to see the list. |

If your company is listed select it so that the list box displays your selection and press the Select button. |
